In honor of Consolidation Week here in Jacksonville, Mayor Lenny Curry, opened a time capsule buried deep within the old City Hall back in 1960. Inside the 58 year-old capsule were newspapers, photographs, legal documents and other items that provided insight into what the City of Jacksonville was like in the 1960s.
