Marie Yoho

Marie graduated from The Ohio State University with an AAS degree with a dual major in Floral Design & Marketing And Greenhouse Management. She worked in Columbus, Ohio as an event floral designer for 3 years before moving to Asheville, NC to work at the Biltmore Estate as the Event Floral Supervisor. Marie joined PRI Asheville as the Wedding and Event Designer in March of 2022. “Creating beautiful events is my passion and I love the process of bringing a client’s vision to life. 
My favorite part of a wedding is the florals, specifically, the bridal bouquet. Creating handtied bouquets is a skill I refined as a designer and appreciate in other designers. Technology has filled our lives and many things that we surround ourselves with are automated and artificial, but nothing takes the place of fresh flowers. It takes the work of an artist with skilled hands to create beautiful floral designs and great flowers are the difference between an event and a magical experience”.
